Plan For Continuing Care
As a provider of crucial health services, the Ellen O’Brien Gaiser Center will remain open to service the needs of our clients, both Inpatient and Outpatient. While some of our office procedures and the way we provide those services may change, our long-standing commitment to our community does not waiver.
Our #1 goal is to keep all clients and staff safe.
ABSOLUTELY we have significantly ramped up even further the excellent cleanliness of our facilities! Until further notice other precautions include but are not limited to the following...
INPATIENT:
OUTPATIENT:During this unprecedented time you may find yourself more isolated than you would prefer. The Gaiser Center would like to remind you recovery is possible and you are equipped to succeed! The following ideas are helpful during recovery at any time — and even more so now!
Reach out. Call your clean/sober supports and sponsors often. They are probably home due to closings and may need to hear from you as well!
Help someone else. Remember many people are hurting and scared and by reaching out you may save their life or yours.
Find virtual support. Many churches are closed and AA/NA meetings are not available. However, there are numerous online supports including recovery videos, support groups/meetings, apps, podcasts and other resources. Technology is a blessing; use it to stay in touch with loved ones whether in our facility or others. Click here to download a PDF of resources.
Hold yourself and others accountable! NO EXCUSE not to search for helpful online sites and meetings or call a friend.!
Please follow all precautions and mandates announced by the government and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. More information on COVID-19 can be found here.
PLEASE STAY SAFE!!! WE NEED YOU.
