Be ready to provide:
A Gaiser admissions coordinator will gather all necessary information, then schedule an evaluation with a clinical staff member. Post evaluation, the clinical staff member will recommend an appropriate level of care.
Individuals seeking outpatient treatment will get an appointment for an in-person drug & alcohol assessment.
Those referred for residential treatment will receive information about transportation to Gaiser and what to bring to treatment.
Gaiser is a participating provider with Carelon Behavioral Health, Community Care Behavioral Health (most surrounding counties), UPMC Commercial Plans, Highmark BCBS Commercial Plans and most surrounding county PA Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
